Acceptable use policy

Last updated October 23, 2026

This policy is part of our terms of service. It applies to the website, the terminal app, our Discord bot and our Discord server.

Don't use avaliuser to

  • Impersonate a real person, brand or organisation, or claim names to mislead people.
  • Harass, threaten, dox or stalk anyone, including by tracking which names a person uses.
  • Take over, crack, steal or buy and sell other people's accounts.
  • Squat on trademarks or other people's names to sell them back.
  • Break the law, or break the terms of the sites you check or register names on.
  • Check names for anyone else as a paid service, or resell access to avaliuser.

Don't misuse the Service

  • Don't share, sell or give away your key or your terminal app.
  • Don't make extra Discord accounts for more free trials.
  • Don't try to get around check limits, per-run limits or bans.
  • Don't scrape the site, automate the dashboard, or call our API from your own scripts.
  • Don't upload proxies you aren't allowed to use, such as stolen or hijacked ones.
  • Don't overload the Service, or try to break into it, other people's accounts or our Discord server.
  • Don't use the Service in a way that's meant to harm the sites it checks, such as flooding them with requests.

Fair use on Unlimited

Unlimited has no check limit, but it's for one person's own use. If an account's use is far beyond normal, for example running around the clock in a way that slows the Service for others, we'll first ask you to slow down. If it keeps happening, we may limit the account's speed.

Reporting security problems

If you find a security problem, tell us privately in a Discord ticket. Give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Only test against your own account, don't access other people's data, and don't disrupt the Service. If you follow these rules and act in good faith, we won't take action against you for the report.

What happens if you break this policy

Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, limit your account, turn off your keys, ban your account and Discord accounts linked to it, or report it to the relevant site or authorities. If you're banned for breaking this policy, you don't get a refund.

Reporting misuse

If you think someone is using avaliuser against you or breaking this policy, open a ticket in our Discord server.
