Refund policy

Why

A plan is a digital product. Your key is sent to your Discord DMs as soon as you pay, and you can start using it straight away. We can't take back checks you've used, and we can't tell what you saw or found while using them, so we can't offer refunds.

By buying a plan you ask us to deliver it immediately, and you agree that you lose any right to cancel once the key has been delivered. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, this is how that right ends.

What doesn't count as a reason for a refund

• You didn't find any free names you wanted.
• A name showed as open but a site wouldn't let you register it.
• A site changed how it works, rate limited you, or we stopped supporting a site.
• Your proxies were slow, blocked or didn't work.
• You bought the wrong plan, or changed your mind.
• You don't need the checks you have left.
• Your account was banned for breaking our terms or acceptable use policy.
• You lost access to your Discord account.

Checks that come back unverified or invalid are already given back to your key automatically. You don't need to ask.

What we'll always fix

Contact us within 14 days of paying and we'll put it right:

• Charged twice for the same order: we refund the extra payment.
• Never got your key: we send it again. If we can't deliver it at all, we refund you.
• Got the wrong plan: we swap it for the one you paid for.
• The Service was down for you for a long stretch because of a fault on our side: we add checks to your key to make up for it.

If we close the whole Service for good, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can use what's left on your key.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before you open a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We fix most problems quickly. If you open a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, we'll ban your account and turn off your keys while it's open, and we'll send the provider the records of your purchase and use. If it's settled in your favour, the ban stays.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under consumer law where you live that can't be removed by agreement.
