A name is only marked open when the site itself confirms nobody has it. If the site doesn't answer clearly, we mark it unverified instead of guessing.

Sites can still refuse a name that looks free, for example names from recently deleted accounts or words they've reserved. Treat open as "very likely free" and claim it quickly.

The site rate limited us. It happens fast on TikTok, Discord and Reddit when you check a lot of names from one address. Add proxies, lower the speed, or try again later. Unverified names don't use up checks.

TikTok holds names from deleted and banned accounts, so a name with no profile can still be taken. Without a TikTok login we can't tell those apart, so we mark them unverified instead of open. Add a TikTok login on the Plan & key page and every TikTok name gets TikTok's own answer. See the docs.

The account is usually banned, private or reserved, and the site still holds the name. Where the site tells us, the details column says which. A banned name normally can't be claimed.

Roblox, TikTok, Discord, Discord vanity links, Telegram, Minecraft, guns.lol, haunt.gg, GitHub, GitLab, Twitch, Reddit, YouTube, Steam, SoundCloud, Chess.com and Lichess. You can add any other site with a profile link. See custom sites.

These sites hide whether a name is free unless you're signed in, so we can't check them reliably without breaking their rules. If that changes we'll add them. You can suggest a site in our Discord.

No. avaliuser only tells you which names look free. You claim them yourself on the site.

Our bot can only message you if you share a server with it and allow DMs from that server. Make sure you're in our Discord server, then right-click it, open Privacy Settings and turn on direct messages. Then press DM me my keys again on the Plan & key page.

One username on one site. Checking 10 names on 3 sites uses 30 checks. Invalid and unverified results are given back.

No. They stay on your key until you use them, as long as the service is running and your account isn't banned.

No. A key is tied to the Discord account it was made for and won't work on any other.

One trial per person. Making extra Discord accounts to get more trials breaks our terms and gets all of them banned.

Open a ticket in our Discord server. Staff will give you the payment options. When it's paid, the bot DMs you the key.

No. Keys are digital, delivered at once and usable straight away, so all sales are final. If you were charged twice or never got your key, we'll sort it out. See the refund policy.

Your account and keys are banned while it's open. If you have a problem, talk to us first. We fix most things within a day.

No. Your lists and results are only shown to you. Our staff can see them if they need to fix a problem with your account.

Proxy logins and webhook links are encrypted before they're saved, and we never show them back in full. We only use your proxies for your own checks.

So we can add you to our Discord server. That's how the bot can DM you your key. We only ever add you to the avaliuser server, or to its replacement if ours is ever raided or taken down.

Go to Plan & key in the dashboard and press Delete my account at the bottom. Everything we hold about you is removed straight away, including any keys and checks left on them. You can also remove avaliuser under Authorized Apps in your Discord settings.
