Include these and we can usually fix it in one reply:
- Your Discord username.
- What you were doing, and what happened instead.
- For a wrong result: the name, the site, and what you saw on the site itself.
- For a payment: when you paid, how, and the plan.
Never send us your Discord password, your key in a public channel, or your full proxy logins. Staff will never ask for your password.
